Long Time...

I sort of abandoned this blog for several months, but I am going to try and start back up. Ben is really talking up a storm and I think it will be nice to document some of the funny/cute things he says for everyone.

From Sunday:
It is 3:30 and Ben has been napping over 3 hours now, so I decided to go an give him a nudge into waking up.
He sits up in bed and looks at me sitting on the floor next to him.

Ben: No tawk mama
Me: What honey, no what?
Ben: Tawk mama, Ben no tawk.
Me: Ben doesn't want to talk now?
Ben: No.
Me: OK I'll be in the living room, call when you need me.

5 minutes later

Ben: MAMA!
Me: Are you ready to talk now?
Ben: YEAH!

His imagination has been really blossoming the last few weeks. He is pretending to be different animals or objects (a fire truck is especially loud!). If he is a kitty or a doggie you have to pet his head!

So really I am going to try and keep this up and think of a good Ben story a few times a week! Let's see if I can do it!
