Ben and The Feeneys

Todd and I attended Kevin and Jodi's wedding this weekend and left the care of our precious child in the hands of Y'vonne and Josh.
They wanted to take him to the zoo and out to eat. I thought this was an ambitious plan but if that is what they wanted to do, then I should let them have a go at it!

Of course the report back was that he was a perfect angel child and caused no problems at all, ate his dinner, and went to bed easily.

If Todd and I had tried this exact same day it would have resulted in a few tantrums and I bet no dinner would have been eaten. What is it about babysitters that make kids behave?

Memorial Day

For Memorial Day weekend we went up the Pat and Charlene's condo at Lake Geneva. Wendy and Dean were able to come up as well. We had a terrific time and the boys had fun playing together. Here are some pictures from our day at the park.

Aunt Wendy was really smart and brought BOTH of Dean's lawnmowers to play with. I can't imagine the carnage if she hadn't been so ingenious! Ben enjoyed being a "worker-man", fixing the mowers and making sure Dean had enough gas in his!
